Another great day at the "beach"!

Beach babies

Dentist trauma

This morning we met Julie and her kids at the beach. It was still windy, but that soon cleared up. We brought the big inner tube for some floating fun. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it. That tube was a great investment. Ryan gave it to me with some snowboots, gloves, etc for our anniversary two years ago, but we use it much more at the beach then in the snow. I had a rope tied to the tube so that I could push them out and pull them back in, they thought it was great. If Davy didn't have a dentist appointment to be at at 1:30, I would have stayed all day. The dentist appointment was a little traumatic for Davy. he had to have a cavity filled, but it was so deep that they had to put a cap on it. He is now the proud owner of an ugly silver cap on one of his teeth. Other than that, we have just been hangin' out at home. My SIL Ashley stayed the night last night, and is staying tonight, so the boys are happy for someone new to play with. The best part of it is getting to go on a short walk with Ryan after the kids are asleep. We always think at night how nice it would be to go on a walk at night when it is cool, but the kids are always asleep. Dinner is in the works, baby is napping, so not much to complain about. Tonight we plan on putting our fire pit to good use for the first time this year to roast marshmallows, it should be some sugary gooey fun!

Yes, it was such a fun morning! I have quite a few pictures of you with the kidlets, that I didn't have room to put up. Can I just email them to you?

And yes, I'm a little crispy, but that's just how I tan, especially when this white meat is seeing the sun for the first couple of times all year!
