This year for Thanksgiving we decided to go the St. George to spend time with my sister Micheline and her family. My Mom, Dad, Sis. Marae, Bro. Ben, and Sis. Elise also went down. I must just tell you that I have to coolest family. My kids love it when their Aunts and Uncles come to visit. They all wish they would live with us. My family stayed a few days before we all headed for St. George. Ryan decided he had better stay home to work since he had some big projects due in a week, and he was far from finished. We missed being with him for Thanksgiving, but I had lots of help with the kids. At my sister Micheline's house, the kids played from morning till night. They got along great with their cousins, and they never even whined or fought at all. It was so relaxing not to have to worry about them at all. I love how active my family is. I always know that a workout is easy to find when with them. On Wednesday morning I went with my two younger sisters, and niece for a 3 mile run. I was proud of myself for making it back alive. It is always nice to run with other people who give you incentive to keep going. On Thursday morning Micheline (my insanely fit older sister) taught a kick boxing and then a Zumba class that we all went to. By the end of it, we knew we would be sore the next day, but were glad to have the workout over so we could eat our pie without guilt. We all helped out with the Thanksgiving dinner, and enjoyed every bite. After dinner, we played some games, and of course, some people took a nap. On Friday I did a little early morning shopping, and then we all went on a hike, and to a very cool spinning park where all of the thing spin in some way or another-it was a blast! After a long day of play, we started the drive back home. I have so much to be thankful for. I must thank my mom for watching my kids a lot this past week so that I could workout and shop a little with my sisters. I am thankful for my Dad who is always looking for a way to help out. He pruned my trees (which I had never pruned before), organized many drawers and cupboards in my house, found little things to fix around my house, and best of all is a wonderful grandpa to my kids. I'm thankful for my siblings, every single one of them are so amazing in their own way. They are all so loving to my kids. Marae and Elise spoiled me with hand-me-down clothes, and yummy new chocolates that they knew I would love. They are the best Aunts in the world, and every one of their nieces and nephews would agree with me on that. They are so smart, and fun. They are the kind of people everyone wants to be around! Thanks for letting me always tag along. Thanks to my younger but taller brother Ben. He never complains, and is always ready to help. He teaches my boys how to build cool train tracks, and drove the whole way to St. George and back for me so that I could "rest". He is just so cool! Thanks to my big sister Micheline and her wonderful family for taking in all 9 of us in their home, and making us feel so welcome. Micheline is a great role . She is always in a good mood, and full of energy. She takes time for herself to keep in shape, and would put anyone to shame with ability to keep going and going. She is such a good Mom and Wife, and find time to do it all. Everyone of her amazing 8 kids are so loving, smart, and talented. They have a great dad (my Brother-in-law Bret) who teaches them the Gospel, and to be hard workers, and respectful. They are great examples to me. They are so good to get scripture study in each morning, and family prayer in several times a day. I love being in their home because there is always a great spirit that dwells there. Thanks for always being so great to us! Thanks to my Kids who were perfect the whole weekend. They never once whined, or cried. They slept well, and played hard. They are such a joy to me, I love each one of them so much. Last but not least, thanks to my amazing husband, who I love so much, for working so hard all of the time. Thanks for taking care of us so well, and for the great example that you are to me and our children. You are wonderful, and I grow more in love with you each day. I have so much to be thankful for. It was a great weekend. I hope I will always recognize my many blessing. I am truly blessed!

Thanks Liz-o. You really are the awesome one. Always doing things above and beyond and being incredibly hip while doing it. I think everyone has voted you one of the best cooks in the family after your endless display of deliciousness this past week.
You & Ryan should think about going on a trip and Marae & I could watch your kids.
Well, I missed you at the wild basketball game (where throwing punches and mouthing off at the refs seemed the favored past time), but it looks like your trip was well worth it! Hope to see you at the next early one!
