After going to the beach Danny fell asleep
on the floor

Our first beach day! Today we went up to the beach a.k.a reservoir with sand. We went with my friend Sheila and her three kids. It was so fun. The boys loved seeing all of the fish, playing in the sand, and the water, and I especially loved basking in the sun (if only for a few minutes). We had planned on only going for an hour but soon three hours had gone by and we had to leave. When we got home I tackled the lawn. The grass wasn't too long but the dandelions had shot up and needed to be beheaded. I DESPISE WEEDS!!! After the lawn mowing, we "played church". Davy did great, but Danny just couldn't grasp the concept of whispering. I want to get them used to how we need to act at church. Davy was cute folding his arms, and tiptoeing to the bathroom. Since he did so good, we decided to make Ryan some cookies (oatmeal raisin is his favorite). We had barely started the cookies, when Davy's friend called and invited him to play on the slip and slide that he gotten for his birthday. Davy had a blast! Those are the highlights of our day, the rest just consisted of cleaning house and making meals. Nothing too exciting, but we are o.k with that. Ryan is playing church ball tonight, and I think I'll get to bed a little early tonight. I have been so tired the last few days. I hope everyone is well. Take care, Liz
