A few days ago a friend wrote about a magical afternoon that she had with her kids wondering through the trees looking for Tinker bell. I thought that it sounded like a fun and special time with her kids, and that maybe if I ever had a , we might share a magical time like that. Yesterday was a very rainy day. I went for a run, and while I was getting ready Joey really wanted to go with me. I told him that I would take him on a walk when I got home. While I was on my run I noticed that the streets were filled with hundreds of worms. I knew my boys would love to see them all. When I got home, we put on their coats and boots and went on a walk. They were instantly amazed by all of the worms lounging in our streets. I realized that this was their own Magical time. They loved to pick them up, and watch them slowly crawl through the puddles. We went home and filled a jar with dirt, and I let them pick a few of their favorite worms to keep at home. It wasn't anything like finding magical fairys in the woods, but it was definitely their own kind of a magical morning. They can't wait for this snow to melt and the rain to come back to find some more of their slimy friends. BOYS-YOU GOTTA LOVE 'EM! Oh the picture of my living room is to show the few little changes that I've made. A lady in my ward came and helped me change a few things (we moved the furniture, and decorated the shelf, and hung the picture a little lower) . I made some new curtains also I need to take a picture of.

I keep thinking to have someone come help me w/my decorating, but I have nothing to decorate with! Maybe one day I'll get some stuff ...
Do you not have tons of worms in your driveway?!? We've had them outside the front door. Can worms climb stairs?!? I can't figure out any other way they're getting up there.
My boys are chicken -- I don't think they'd dare even touch them!
