Sick Kids
Today as I read a friends blog, she mentioned that her daughter had been y for the past couple of weeks so she took her to to doctor and she had a double ear infection, and strep. I got to thinking about how many people that I knew that had strep, and then I realized that Danny and Joey had been extra clingy lately, and Danny had complained about a stomach ache a lot, and Joey has not slept well at all for the past week. I decided I should get them tested since I'm watching a friends baby tonight. After the two hour wait in the doctors office, we got in. They had double ear infections in each ear, but they didn't have strep-thank goodness!! I going to the doctor for virus' because they always say to wait it out, but luckily it was worth it since we got them on antibiotics. So Denise, thanks for your your post that got me thinking about getting my kids checked out. Maybe I'll get a break for holding kids all day, and a little bit more sleep at night.

How sad! Bravo to your mother's intuition, and here's to a quick recovery for your kiddles. Let me know if I can ever watch your kids for a date night, or if you just need a break sometime. And that's not an idle offer...I'd really love to if you'll let me! You busy independent woman you!
I am SO GRATEFUL for modern medicine, especially anti-biotics!!! My Shayla is just so happy now it hurts. I hope your boys follow suit quickly.
I'm wondering if that's what is wrong with Aiden. I know I have an ear infection 'cause I've got nasty drainage. It's antibiotic time for me dang it.
That is the worst. It's no fun to have sick kiddos. Hope they are feeling better soon!
