Yesterday was Joey's first birthday. It was an ordinary day for him, but we were all excited for him. We went down the road to snap a few pictures to remember the milestone. I had been meaning to get their pictures taken (I haven't gotten them taken for 8 months!) but it is such a huge chore to get them all ready, and try to get pictures of all three of them. I just snapped a few myself to tie us over 'till I'm feeling ambitious enough to get it done professionally. Being the third boy in the family, Joey definately didn't need anything. We have more clothes, and toys then we know what to do with (and Joey favors the remote, the batteries in the remote, or my cell phone over a toy any day) He got some new crib sheets, socks, a jacket, some pacifiers, and then we decided to get "him" a Wii. We were going to get it for Danny's birthday that is coming up but were afraid that he wouldn't want to share. We hope Joey will be willing to let us play once in a while:) We are so happy that Joey is in our family. He has brought us closer together, and we never get tired of his big smile, and enthusiasm about life. He loves to clap for any occasion, and it makes me see the positives things in life. He is my only baby that has slept in a crib (which I love- I could never go back to sharing my bed). He is a great eater, a pretty good sleeper, he so happy, and content. He loves to explore, and to walk (or lately run) everywhere. We sure love him, and couldn't imagine life without him. Usually when my baby turns one, I start thinking of when we will have the next one. It is nice to feel content (and overwhelmed) for the time being. I am just trying to enjoy the moment with my three wonderful boys. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JOE-JOE!

Happy Birthday Joey!
Very cute pictures of the boys. You'll have to let me know where that spot is. I love the vintage wood fence in the background!
Happy Birthday Joey! And what cool parents you have to get you a wii for your first birthday! ;-)
What a cutie pie! All of your kiddos are darling. By the way, those pics from your photo shoot are gorgeous Liz!
He was dancing for me tonight. I couldn't stop laughing! Of course that fed his cute little ego more and the dancing continued. He stopped and wouldn't dance anymore after I got the camera out though. Talk about frustrating for me! I really wanted to capture that moment. Maybe next time eh?
I'm making my blog private. I've had a few weirdos visit... so e-mail me so you can keep reading. cami.jensen1980@gmail.com
You are an excellent photographer and don't really need professional pictures. Blow up the ones you take! Theyare the best!
Those pictures turned out darling. you did a great job. Hope you are having a great day.
I can't believe he is 1!! You have a great looking crew of boys there. Love your prof. pics. Definitely something every girl needs!
Joey is such a cute little guy. You are great at photography and find the best scenic backgrounds. Happy Birthday Joey! I wish I were closer so that he and Cecily could play together.
He is such a cutie! You don't need professional pics when you take such cute ones!
