Grace Ann Jensen

I am so far behind in blogging but I thought I'd better get a few pictures of Gracey on the blog for Grandmas to see. Gracey was born on March 7th 2012 at 9:45 a.m. She was the runt of the family weighing in over a pound smaller than all of her brothers at 7.10lbs. She was discovered to be breech at the very last minute before being born, so she as Jake says it was "cut, baby, out, ouch!" He repeatedly likes to repeat this as he looks at my stitches several times each day. I guess now I have an easy explanation of how babies are born:) She has two cute dimples, and lots of dark hair. She looks mostly like Joey, but resembles Danny a little also. Gracey is healthy, and enjoys sleeping most of all. I have to remember to enjoy this time, and get things done while I can as she sleeps most of the day through. Jake hit his terrible twos (or at least it is just more noticeable now that I am occupied with a newborn). The boys all love to hold their baby sister (especially Jake and Danny). Danny spent the whole day with me one day at the hospital and held Gracey the whole day. When I came home from the hospital he was content to hold her all morning until he had to go to school. He loves babies, and like all of his brothers will surely care for and watch over her her whole life. We feel so blessed to have Gracey in our family. She is so precious!
