Nesting

I can't believe that it has been 5 weeks since my last post. I have some fun pictures from our latest trip to St. George that I'll have to post soon. We are counting down the days 'till little "J" will be born-two more weeks from today. I call him "J" because we don't have a name picked out yet. Ryan likes the name Jacob, and I like the name Jordan (I like Jacob too, that is why it is still being considered-same with Ryan liking Jordan). We have had a hard time naming this baby. Davy is set on the name John, while Danny only recently stopped insisting on the name Mickey Mouse. I guess we'll have to decide pretty soon. My brother Ben has been staying with us for the past week. He is trying to decide if he wants to stay in Provo area or not. The boys have liked having him here. He helped me last week as I painted every door, trim, baseboard, and touched up all of the scuffed or dirty walls. I guess I am nesting, as I noticed everything that needs to be cleaned. Today I took the boys with me to the laundry mat to wash my big comforter that won't fit in my washer. I wished that I had my camera to capture there amazement of watching the whole wash and dry cycles. They pulled up two chairs, and all three of them sat in front of the machine and acted like it was the most interesting movie ever as they counted down the minutes. Funny kids! We also stopped by the car wash to clean the car, and then they were rewarded to a trip to Macdonald's play land for being so good. I feel ready for this baby. I have a freezer full of meals that I cooked ahead, and all of the baby stuff out and washed. we just need to get him here now. Joey checks the bassinet every day to see if he is there yet. It feels like we haven't had a baby in a long time, it will be strange to have a new little one in the house.
