Huck Fin day is something that we look forward to each year. The first year that we participated both Davy and Danny won bikes for catching the biggest and the smallest fish in the competition. There is a dress up (look alike) contest to see who can look the most like Huck Fin. Davy always wins the prize for that. This year they caught a lot of fish. Danny had the biggest fish caught up until about 10 minutes before the judging time. We all had a good time, and Joey got to catch his first fish.

That is too cute! Tell Ryan that when Kyle (my hubby)was little he used to win it every year. We miss that! We would take our girls every year. It is fun to see the kids dress up and catch fish!
I'm glad you found some larger overalls for Davy...or did you? I cannot tell because in that photo of him they look rolled up but he also looks in a lot of pain.
Iwish the weather would clear up so we could go to the resevoir.
your moab trip below looks heavenly! i love your tree pose on the rock :) i always like seeing all the outdoor activities your family does when the weather warms. davy cracks me up with his safety comments!
Thanks for the invite. I told Scott the night before that I'd like to try and go...and he just laughed. Maybe next year when we have time to breathe again.
