Jacob

I was trying to let Jake's hair grow long but I finally broke down and cut it. the wave was getting to be a tsunami!



My blog is so outdated. Jacob is already a year old, and still doesn't have an updated picture on my blog, or even in my house for that matter. I guess I've been waiting for nice weather to get outside to take some pictures.
Jacob turned one in February, and has changed so much in the past month. He is a great walker now, and has the greatest personality. He loves to make us laugh, and explore everything around him. He is still not a great sleeper, but is slowly getting better now that I refuse to nurse him at night. Jacob LOVES to be outside. His biggest fits are thrown when his big brothers go outside, and shut the door behind them. He often sits in his baby swing and just enjoys watching everyone play. Jake definitely has a sweet tooth. Last week I found him down in the food room surrounded by bags of candy bars that I had gotten on clearance trying to get them open. He can sniff out the sweets. At Jake's one year check Jake measured off of the chart for height. The doctor said he was sure to be the tallest in the family. He is about 40% on the weight chart now so he is growing great. We love Jake and are so happy to have him in our family!
