Swimming

This summer Davy and Danny took swim lessons. They came so far with their confidence in the water. Now instead of having all of the boys clinging to my neck in the water, they are off having a blast. Davy loves to swim under water, go off of the diving board, diving for toys, and just practicing new strokes. Danny is warming up to the idea of playing under the water, and loves to just swim around the pool with his life jacket on. Joey is my brave one. He doesn't mind getting water in his eyes, or swallowing half the pool for that matter. He'll dive right in and spend hours climbing out and jumping back in. I worked with him with out his life jacket and he loves to swim under water. I'll have to watch him close because he'd be the one to jump into the deep end without a life jacket on. We went to St. George last weekend because Ryan was playing in a Golf tournament, and the kids had a ball playing in the hot tub and then in the big pool at the time share. It has been so fun to enjoy swimming as a family now instead of spending the whole time in the shallow end with everyone holding onto me.

I wish we were there. I can't wait to get back so we can hang out at the pool again!

So glad they're loving the water. Seven Peaks wasn't fun until last year for us -- of course, the first year we had without free season tickets. Oh well. :)
